I am a certified Counsellor, Eating Psychology Coach and weight-inclusive Personal Trainer, and I love working with women of all ages to help improve their body image, increase self-worth, reduce feelings of anxiety/overwhelm, better their relationship with food, and live the happy, healthy, confident life they’ve always wanted – without the overthinking and negative self-talk they currently experience!
Over the past 6 years, I’ve worked as a health, fitness and mindset coach, successfully helping hundreds of women around the world become a better version of themselves both physically and mentally.
By helping to discover the deeper origins of your problems, working through your limiting beliefs, implementing self-care techniques, and providing support and encouragement, I can help you gain a greater sense of self-worth and give you the confidence to show up as the best version of yourself, from the inside out.
While I specialise in body image counselling, I also work with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, emotional over-eating, relationship/friendship issues, stress management, intimacy issues, behaviour change, goal-setting, and confidence coaching.
It’s important to me that my clients feel they are in a safe and non-judgmental atmosphere in order to create an encouraging and supportive space for self-exploration, and work towards positive changes in thoughts, feelings and behaviours.
Along with my empathetic and client-centred approach, I utilise various proven psychotherapy techniques such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Solutions Focused Therapy (SFT) to increase each client’s level of self-awareness and autonomy in life, and help them not only create their own path with goals to work towards, but implement actionable steps to help achieve them, too!
Sessions are offered both in-person at Sage & Sound, and online (via video call) appointments, on Thursdays and Fridays.
