My name is Samantha, but you can call me Sami! I’m a personal trainer located in Brisbane, Australia, and I have over 5 years experience working in the fitness industry after completing my certification in early 2015.
My goal is to motivate + inspire women all across the world to live a healthier, happier and more confident life! Through educating my clients on sustainable and realistic approaches to training and nutrition, I’ve been able to make a HUGE impact on their lifestyle, body composition, and mindset – not just for an 8 week challenge, but healthy habits + results you can sustain for LIFE!
Through my Premium Coaching and Improvement Projects, I’m able to customise each clients program to their individual needs – tailoring your nutrition and training to suit your goals, preferences and experience level, and creating a bespoke approach to coaching. Every single client works directly with me to ensure they are supported every step of the way!
As for me – I know what its like to be lacking confidence, feel uncomfortable within your body, or unsure of where to start! I spent many of my late teens and early 20’s feeling insecure in my appearance, unfit, and unworthy. But getting into health and fitness changed my life, and my whole perspective!
I have since competed in 9 bikini/bodybuilding shows, and have experienced both sides of the spectrum – from feeling “overweight” and uncomfortable at 75kg (around a size 14 on my 156cm frame), to a tiny 49.9kg at my lowest stage weight. But at both stages, the physique, mindset + lifestyle weren’t healthy for me, and now, I fall somewhere in the middle, living a healthy and balanced life that I genuinely enjoy and can sustain forever!
